We’re excited to be part of your adoption journey. Thank you for entrusting us during this special time of your life.

You are now at the document completion step of your home study.

You will now complete all the necessary forms and gather necessary documents for your home study.  We have created a step-by-step instruction guide The Home Study Process to assist you in completing this next step.

We recommend that you start on your child abuse clearances as soon as possible as they can take the longest to have returned.  Be sure to complete the child abuse clearances filling in all blanks including your social security number and drivers license number. 

We ask that you save all of your documents and forms and send them in as a complete packet along with your home study fee.  Please send in one original packet and one photocopy. 

Be sure to keep a full copy of all documents you send to us.  You may need these copies for your placing agency or cooperating agency.
